Deposits & Payments
Project deposits secure scheduling and are non-refundable once work begins.

Revisions
Each project includes revision rounds as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope may require additional billing.

Refund Eligibility
Because creative work is customized, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

Cancellations
If a project is paused or canceled by the client, completed work and time already invested remain billable.
 
Payment Authorization
Payment confirms acceptance of all active project terms, timelines, and policies published by M+N Collective.

Non-Refundable Work
Delivered work, strategy, revisions, consultation time, and reserved production scheduling are non-refundable once work has begun.

Payment of any invoice, deposit, retainer, or service fee confirms acceptance of all service terms, policies, timelines, and project scope.

Delivered work, strategic development, consultation time, revisions, and reserved project scheduling are considered fulfilled billable services and are not refundable.
